We Make our customer requirements from approved patterns and prototypes/samples. For clients without a plan or pattern we start from consultation and connect them to our pattern consultants who assist to come up with a pattern for the project.

For bulk orders we always work on a sample which is sent for approval When all is satisfactory, we proceed to produce the order.

We prefer our customers to come up with their fabrics but occasionally customers need a little help in choosing and sourcing fabrics. We have a number of limited UK suppliers we direct our customers to and also keep swatch booklets from these suppliers which helps customers make quick decisions.

For clients without a pattern, we encourage to come with a picture which we then use to pair them with a pattern consultant.

New designers come in with no knowledge of both fabric, patterns and how to go about their project. We the Sap-kreation’s team make an appointment with the client and discuss possible solutions to their project.

There is no minimum quantity as we can work on bespoke single items to bulk orders less than 50 and over 1000. This gives the small-scale businesses the opportunity to scale their business at their own pace and work with a smaller budget.

We work for other contractors providing them with our expertise and a hub to fulfil their requirements for their customers.

As long as it involves a sewing machine our tailors are competent with their long-term experience in the industry.

We hold a small range of fabric sample books from UK manufacturers and suppliers which our customers can choose from. They range from cotton, silk, Linen, polyester to tweed, tartans, wool and other fabrics
